Ann Narciso, RN, MPA is a Clinical Application Coordinator at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System. She has been in the VA system for 24 years at three VA facilities in on the west coast. She has worked as a SICU staff nurse, nurse manager, and CAC at VAPAHCS. Her previous VA positions include working as a staff nurse in the SICU at the San Diego Healthcare System; and as a SICU staff nurse at the Seattle VA Medical Center.
Ann received her Bachelors degree in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati in 1983 and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of San Francisco in 2003.
Ann has been an active member of NOVA since 2000, currently serving as President of NOVA Chapter 129 (Palo Alto Healthcare System), served as the Treasurer from 2004-2006, and board member from 2001-2004. She was appointed as a Director to the National NOVA Board in 2007.
