Dear NOVA Member,

NOVA will be hosting a Member on the Hill Day on Thursday, March 12, 2026!

What does this mean? We will come together to advocate for critical VA issues such as staffing, pay, HR, and more. You will have the opportunity to meet with Members of the 119th Congress and their staff to share how these issues directly affect you and the care you provide to Veterans. Now is the time to register and help us advocate for VA nurses and the future of health care within the VA system.

We will provide mentorship, tools of the trade, and opportunities to partner with colleagues from your state when visiting Members of Congress and their staff. We want to emphasize the importance of having a voice on Capitol Hill and what it means for VA nurses to share their passion and experiences. You do not need to be an expert on Congress or the legislative process — you simply need to bring your story and your commitment to caring for Veterans.

Please note that NOVA will not designate a headquarters hotel for this year’s Hill Day. Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel accommodations and may choose lodging that best fits their individual travel needs and preferences.
