NOVA hosted a successful Hill Day on March 20, with over fifty members sharing their stories with congressional staffers. They discussed legislative priorities and challenges facing VHA, including the 2025 Legislative Priority Goals and concerns about the reduction in force (RIF).

Members raised questions about rapid changes within VHA, such as layoffs and their impact on Veteran care and services. NOVA continues to monitor and communicate with Hill staff about these impacts.

It is crucial to continue advocating for VA and your facility. Both House and Senate VA Committees have links to anonymously "tell your story."
