Congress Returns to Busy Spring Schedule - NOVA Continues to Advocate

Washington D.C., March 17, 2023 – Congress returns to DC this week and a busy Spring/Summer schedule awaits.

Several VA issues of importance remain on the agenda as the first session of the 118^th Congress moves into the months ahead. Funding, challenges with the electronic health record, as well as legislation that will provide the agency with the tools it needs to hire and stay competitive in today’s workforce is a priority.

NOVA remains committed to advocating for workforce issues and legislation that will strengthen VA healthcare and provide the funding essential to continue providing the best care to our nation’s Veterans.
