Why Book in the NOVA Housing Block? 

NOVA has negotiated a special, discounted rate with the hotel for our attendees ($209/night + taxes). All conference attendees should make every effort to stay at the official event hotel. Supporting the official hotel room block provides staff support to resolve hotel reservation disputes; ensures attendees receive all applicable discounts and materials; and assists NOVA in maintaining affordable, quality programming. The number of hotel guest rooms that can be attributed to NOVA attendees helps us negotiate better rates with hotels, avoids financial penalties and helps offset increased costs in our efforts to maintain affordable registration fees.

Conference Registration Cancellation Policy

The NOVA Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy is applicable to the 46th Annual NOVA Conference.

Conference registration cancelled on or before September 25, 2026 is refundable but subject to a $50 administrative fee.

Registrants canceling after September 25, 2026 will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. 

In the event NOVA must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, NOVA will refund the cost of registration. However, NOVA does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.
